Shipping policy

Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 3 working days after cleared payment has been received. Orders with Expedited Delivery will be dispatched within 24 hours of sale and shipping transit time 2-4 business days by UK standard shipping from our Warehouse: 2 FREDERICK STREET, KINGS CROSS, LONDON, WC1X 0ND.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received after 2pm will be processed next working day.

Once you have paid for your items the postage option cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Alternative Address:
If you need your order delivered to an alternative address please complete at check out. We can ONLY deliver to the address completed at check out. First time buyers need to send the item to their credit card billing address.

We do NOT ship to BFPO addresses.

UK standard shipping rates are for UK mainland only. Surcharges may apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), British Overseas Territories.

Express shipping is ONLY available for the UK mainland, excluding the following postcode areas:
